...not only without the old but directly together with the new Executive Manager extreme heat, desert storms and the tomb of the kings turned out to be special challenges which where faced by the team with energy and on which they began to grow together anew ahead of plan. From the base camp, equipped with food, a compass and tents, our teams where on the target for the mountains…Until today we not only remember the mastered sand storms but above all the experience of how profitable and essential, also in the every day work life, a foresighted scheduling and action is.

Aspects for a successful change management assignment, factors of success and risks of change management projects, as well as pre-conditions for a permanent change of behavior where the outlined subject areas in - how managers safely implement resolutions”. With the assistance of the trainer the transfer of a playful introduction to a precise implementation in the leadership could be realized. During this process the varied methodology offered the opportunity to examine some of the patterns of behavior that have been applied so far and to try out new approaches. As an essential requirement reliance, communication and result orientation where the centre points for an application and realization of an effective and successful communication strategy. The seminar has not only brought me important insights but also made a lot of fun – by the way, that’s also the opinion of all the other participants as well.
