ExcelleronTM
Ycelites, Gemeralds and Rozacron pour through participants' fingertips as they open up their pouches made from the same weathered Yak skin worn by the ancient Prophet Palagarth. Inside the pouch they find Discs, Cubits and Tragles. A surge of ownership prevails as they touch, smell and look at their precious possessions. How easily will they part with them?
In ExcelleronTM, elite members of 12 clans have gathered to become Elders.
As Elders they must prove that they are role models capable of achieving exceptional results through challenge and change, while securing a future of promise for their people. To receive The Order of Excelleron they must demonstrate their ability to create strategies and negotiate successfully with the other clans to meet or exceed minimum requirements.
But, this is only part of their challenge. Clans must also pass the Test of the Shumas - a test of ethics as judged by their fellow clans. Intense pressure forces some clans to focus solely on results. Others socialize and have fun and lose the focus of achieving a productive outcome. In Excelleron participants discover that combining the skills of being productive with the skills of building and maintaining relationships creates a competitive edge that results in success.
Participants experience the challenges and rewards of real win-win negotiating and managing the flow of communication. They learn how to achieve maximum results through productive relationships and discover why "good is the enemy of best." They learn that operating within the parameters of the Shumas multiplies results because information is shared, referrals are created and business is repeated.
